WOW! What great wings. More, please!  Final Overall Score: 4.7  Restaurant: 4.5  The Gabriel’s Gate location itself is eclectic, fun, and cozy. Taxidermy animals and old fashioned photos decorate the walls, and there is a cozy outdoor patio with a fountain in the back. The wait staff were very friendly. It's not the cleanest establishment, but it's got that classic, unique dive bar vibe. The entryway smells a bit moldy and the menus were greasy, but these are details compared to the WINGS! Taste: 5.0  Overall, amazing! A beautiful marriage of sauce and crispiness. Ate way more than we intended to because they were so delicious. Sauce: 5.0  A perfect Buffalo medium sauce. It has the "smack factor" - so tangy, creamy, acidic, and just the right amount of spicy that makes you smacks your lips. Crispiness: 5.0  Perfect! Great crispy crunch when biting in, and the meat pulls clean off the bone and isn't dry. Each bite was a perfect balance

Astonishingly disappointing for the original home of the classic Buffalo wing Final Overall Score: 3.0  Restaurant: 3.0  The Anchor Bar restaurant itself gets marks off because the manager at the host stand took a call in the middle of greeting us, the first table we were sat at was dangerously wobbly, and the wings were brought out 5-10 minutes later than our other food. Overall, not a good wing experience nor dining experience. Will not be going out of our way to return. Taste: 3.0  In a word, the wings were disappointing. While they were brought out piping hot and looked great, there was only a hint of initial crispiness when biting into these wings. Sauce: 3.0  The sauce lacked personality and creaminess. It tasted acidic with little actual flavor and was a tad hot for being medium. Crispiness: 1.0  The texture was almost completely soft and gummy. These classic and consistent Buffalo wings are tough to beat!  Final Overall Score: 4.9  Restaurant:  4.5  In addition to outstanding wings, Duffs has a big bar type feel and has a good quality menu selection. The service was friendly and prompt, and the few other items we ordered from the menu were delicious and high quality. The Orchard Park Duff’s location doesn’t have that cozy local Buffalo feel and feels like a chain restaurant. There are fun decorations on the walls and ceiling, and the overall vibe is lively, loud, and bustling. Taste:  5.0  A great classic wing with dependable consistency. Crisp skin, tender meat, and perfect Buffalo sauce make for an excellent, balanced taste. There was nothing negative we could say about these wings; in fact, we absolutely loved everything about them.
